We want you to be stoked with your Saltrock gear, so if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth return process.

Return Process

  Package Your Gear

  Place your unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all Saltrock swing tags and labels remain attached.

  Generate a Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to download and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point or local post office and make sure to keep your proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 working days to your original payment method.
